Globat's founder Ben R. Neumann is one of the very few people credited with developing and starting the low-cost web hosting industry in 1995 when he founded Internet Communications (www.icom.com) which he sold to Interliant [NASDAQ: INIT] in 1998 and is today owned by Interland [NASDAQ: INLD].

When many dot-com companies started to fold in 2001 and more and more people voiced their frustration about web hosting companies they hosted with, Ben decided that the time was right to create a new and innovative web hosting company - GLOBAT!

At Globat, they are not just using the terms quality network, affordable prices and top customer service for marketing purposes, they are living and operating by them. Many web hosting companies have copied Ben's initial low-cost, top quality approach over the last few years, but just as many have failed to keep their eye on what is the most important link in their business model - YOU - the customer. Don't settle for a COPY - host with the ORIGINAL!
